You might try resizing the photos to a smaller size or upload them to photobucket and then copy and paste the html for each picture in the post {that's} what I do, but make sure the picture size isn't wider than the body of your blog or it will cut them off. With video I have found that anything over abour 1 minute won't upload bc its too big but that's just me.
